As an independent voter who has studied probability and statistics, allow me to correct both sides. Democrats are correct that recent proven voter fraud has been more Republican than Democratic. I don’t know where you got your statistics from, Nate. They are wrong.
However, and this is very important since, in any intelligent discussion, it should put all of this back and forth nonsense about voter fraud on ice; the total amount of voter fraud in the US is statistically insignificant. In other words, it is too infinitesimal to draw any conclusions about one party or the other. One needs much larger numbers in order to draw any such conclusion.
No election outcome in the US has ever been overturned by ballot fraud. To find over a thousand cases of ballot fraud in order to paint a false narrative of insecure elections, conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation had to go back to Truman.
That is a thousand cases out of literally billions of ballots. Any system that operates at 99.99999% efficiency is not broken. Yet, far too many Americans have been convinced by liars that it is.
Stop letting people with an agenda lead you around by the nose.
Many people are noting the 2018 NC case of Mark Harris’ win being invalidated. However, the fraud in his campaign was found before the election was certified. It wasn’t overturned because it was never official. It is actually another example of the system working.
