Ive watched both the Pretti and Good films. Pretti presented no physical threat to the ICE agents. Even with a lawfully held firearm together with a concealed carry permit from MPD At no stage did he even attempt to reach for the weapon even when subject to felony assault by the ICE agents.

Goodman was surrounded by 6 or 7 masked ICE agents all pointing firearms at her. This is a single woman unlawfully detained in her car by government agents not police officer Again she presents no threats to the agents. Why were their firearms drawn in the first place.

Hasn’t the USA taught tactical communication? Couldn’t one agent approach the vehicle and say in a calm voice “Ma’am I need you to switch off your engine and put your hands on the steering wheel” There’s another 5 agents protecting his back

Given that he posed no threat, since he had every legal right to carry his firearm, and it never left his holster at any point, I would say that “no, no they did not.” They didn’t eliminate a threat, they murdered an innocent man in the streets.

Then it sure as hell is okay to have one in a holster that never enters your hands. Either the Second Amendment exists, or it doesn’t folks. Which is it? Did Kyle Rittenhouse deserve to die as well, or is it only the people you don’t like that don’t deserve Second Amendment protections?
