On January 5, masked ICE agents burst into a cabin on a cruise ship in Miami while the occupants were still asleep, handcuffed them and hustled them, half-dressed, to an interrogation facility.
No warrant was shown, and they refused to answer questions.
Several hours later it was determined to be a case of mistaken identity.
And the U.S. citizen and military veteran and his wife were released.
